All:

Yesterday during the Pax Velo SuAR ride we rode past the infamous dog
who lives the second house on the left when turning onto Jones Road
(going down the hill). It's the large brown dog with medium length
hair.

The dog chased after us into the street and got in between some of
the
SuAR riders. That dog is fast...."A" rider material!

The dog's owners have already been given a $50.00 ticket and recieved
an
additional $100.00 ticket today for "roam at large." The fines will
continue to double if the problems continue.

Please report any problems with this dog or any other dog to Maria
Rupp, St. Mary's County Animal Warden. She said to call her ASAP on
her cell phone (240-298-9452) to report any additional problems with
the Jones Road dog. Otherwise call the St. Mary's County animal
control
number at 301-475-8018.

Additionally, the yellow dog who lives at the first house on Jones
Road
has been declared vicious. The dog's owners were given a $500.00
ticket this past Friday after the yellow dog bit a runner on Jones
Road.
